On the occasion of our collaboration with the Steigenberger wiltcher’s, we wanted to create a set of works that echoed the space of the Loui Bar.  The issue according to us, is to succeed in proposing singular forms, inspired by the aesthetic vocabulary of the hotel while inscribing them in a contemporaneity. To do this, we first identified a set of objects or elements visual images that we then reinterpreted,  before reintroducing them in their original context-gine.  With this process of going back and forth, work plays a double game; in the margins,  while blending in the scenery.

À l’occasion de notre collaboration avec le Steigenberger wiltcher’s,  nous avons souhaité réaliser un ensemble d’œuvres en écho à l’espace du Loui Bar.  L’enjeu selon nous, est de parvenir à proposer des formes singulières, inspirées du vocabulaire esthétique de l’hôtel tout en les inscrivant dans une contemporanéité. Pour cela, nous avons dans un premier temps relevé un ensemble d’objets ou d’éléments visuels que nous avons ensuite réinterprétés, avant de les réintroduire dans leur contexte d’origine.  Avec ce processus d’aller-retour, le travail joue double jeu ; en marge, tout en se fondant dans le décor.
